It leaves the hair healthy and smooth as it works to provide the extra protection needed between washes. To use, apply 2-3 pumps of product into the palm before going to sleep. I've repurchased this product a few times now. I have long, thick hair that can get dry and frizzy, and this is a great remedy. I used this cream product at night before bed, mostly after washing, and it just put a bit of moisture back into my hair. My hair felt soft afterwards and it smelt really nice.
