This is an original z fold (4 pages) type brochure covering First Aid for Fighting Men authorised by "Command of the Army Council" and dated War Office 26 May 1943.
This document was given to the troops, especially raw recruits, to help them cope with the injuries sustained by their friends in arms. This one belonged to someone in the Italian theatre who saw action at Monte Casino.
