Lead acid rechargeable batteries that are sealed. Ideally suited for standby power for alarm systems.The nonspillable feature of these batteries means that they can be operated in any position.
Please note - some care has to be taken while charging as these batteries are sealed and can explode if recharged incorrectly. It is recommended that a stabilized, constant voltage source should be used, with current limiting that is proportional to the battery's Ah (Amp x hour) rating. Car battery type chargers must never be used! The 6V batteries are designed to be recharged at a constant voltage of 6.9Vdc and 12V batteries at 13.8Vdc.
