1913 Horster k598 sawback bayonets with woodgrips belonged to the schutztruppe of the African colonies. Wood grips replaced the leather grips and showed less tendency to rot in tropical climates.
This bayonet has a blackened steel scabbard.

Blade width: 25mm.
