The cutter is a Rex no. 114R and it is in a good working condition.
It has some loss of paint and surface rust, but nothing that will impair its operation.
It has a ratchet sytem, is capable of cutting 1/2 -2 inch pipes and weighs over 8kg.
A set of Rex 1/2-3/4 cutters are included.
