Most interesting and I am sure quite Scarce British Queen Victoria 1d stamp which was Cancelled at the beginning of the Second Boer War with a Cape of Good Hope "Orange River - T.O." (Travelling Post Office ???) Postmark dated the 26th of November 1899.
