Hi! The weight of the dolls house is approx 14kg. We always bubblewrap them twice over and use cardboard supports on all the corners and etc. To the best of my knowledge we have never had one broken in transit before. I have one raw wood house in stock atm and it is probably the last one we will have in supply for this year, so if you'd like to secure it please do order asap. We can do it in any colours for you!

Hi! No, the dolls house is not a kit, it's already permanently built up. If buyers outside of P.E wish to purchase this house they have to arrange for a private collection or courier as it is too large for the post office. The cheapest courier would probably be Fedex, but you'd have to call them for a quote.
