Also know as Ubulawu, Silene capensis, Undela Zimhlope, Indela Zimhlope African dream root, "white paths", "white ways"
Used traditionally in South Africa for thousands of years by the Xhosa, Sotho and Zulu tribes. Ubulawu is used in sacred ceremonies allowing one to enter into the dream matrix and bring back important messages from the spirit world.

The plants are gathered and the roots are crushed, this is how it is used traditionally throughout South Africa.
The plants are found in many parts of the country and not only the Eastern Cape
Method
Use about half a teaspoon per half glass water. ( use a long glass and only half fill it) One can use up to two teaspoons if desired, but half a teaspoon is the correct dosage!
Leave it to soak over night, shake the brew in the morning. As you shake the glass it makes a white milky foam.
Scoop the foam off with a spoon, repeat the process. Eat the small white foamy bubbles and place the glass back in the fridge. Repeat the process for three days after each other using the same mixture you started with. Do not drink the water that is left over.
You can keep producing more foam and consuming it until your body feels as if it has had enough. The alkaloids take a while to saturate the blood. One can consume the foam before bedtime and in the mornings for best effects.
The product can be stored for more than two years, store in a cool dark place.
