Interesting South Africa 1968 "Inauguration of President Fouche" horizontal pair of 2 1/2c stamps (SACC 276) with the Variety "Downward shift of dark brown printing which can clearly be seen by the dropped date and by the white border on top of President Fouche's head". A normal pair of stamps is included for comparison. Both pairs of stamps are in unmounted mint condition (MNH).
