Handset condition All our handsets are in grade A/B condition which means that the handset has been used but is still in very good condition, there may be little signs of usage but overall the condition will be good. We do not refurbish our phones and they haven’t been opened or tampered with any way while in our possession. Packaging and accessories All our handsets are imported from Europe and come as Handset and battery only, therefore to complete the package we supply non-genuine local accessories here in SA and rebox the handset in a non-manufacturer cellphone box, usually white or brown. Unless otherwise specified you should receive a local mains charger, data cable and headset. Software can be downloaded from the relevant manuafacturers website. We can send you links to these after you complete your purchase. Shipping/collection and delivery Cellphones are instock and will be dispatched as soon as we can see payment is clear in bidorbuy. If payment is made immediately after auction closes (before 3pm) handsets will be sent out on the same day. Collection is available from umhlanga/mount edgcombe area. If collecting from us we only accept cash, no cheques or drafts accepted. Shipping is charged at an extra R100 on top of the final price of the phone. This will be calculated automatically by bidorbuy when you complete your purchase. Warranty Handsets come with a standard 3 month warranty, this covers mechanical failure, this is not insurance therefore if the phone has any significant signs of customer neglect, then you will not be covered. Liquid damage is also exempt from our warranty. 7 day money back and Returns procedure If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the goods to us (at your expense) for a full refund. You must notify us of this within 7 days from receipt of goods. Please note that if the phone is not returned in the same state as it was sent to you then we reserve the right to deduct nominal amounts depending on the problem. i.e missing accessories at R50 per item and damaged box @ R50. any damage to phone will result in return being void. Payment As soon as the auction/buy now has finished we expect payment within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed, if you cant pay within 24 hours please do not purchase but advise us when you can pay!
