Promotional Smurfs were made in far fewer Numbers and have become very Rare, hard to find and high in value.!!!!

He is in Excellent Condition !! Tiny spot on nose, very hard to notice....see photos.

All white/shine markings on the photo's that have not been described are just glare from the camera !!
