Crassula lanceolata is a South African endemic species from the Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, North West and Western Cape Provinces. It is synonymously known as Crassula filamentosa. Crassula lanceolata grows to 15 cm tall. It has a carrot-like root which produces new branches each year.
