The Imperial Topaz mines have been producing small quantities of material for about 50 years, since the materials big break onto the market in the 1970’s. This stone is quite a rarity because it was faceted as a bi-colour, displaying both the fine champagne orange, and the reddish brown colours together. This is a 100% natural gemstone and has not been treated in any way.
