Dispatch
Once payment has been confirmed, dispatch is usually within 2 to 3 working days. We will confirm dispatch from our Namibian Depot or Uk International Depot by email. We aim to dispatch within these times however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed.

Delivery Terms
Once dispatched we have no control over the Postal service's delivery schedules. We cannot be held accountable for the postal services used nor customs discretion. In the unlikely event that an item(s) has not been delivered, proof of postage can be requested. A claim can only be processed once 30 working days have lapsed since dispatch. Claims must be made within 90 days. These terms and conditions are in accordance with DHL / Royal Mail / Nampost / SAPO.

For cash deposits add an additional R16.50 to your payment (EFT no additional charge).

Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving a Order Confirmation email.
No products will be dispatched untill payment has been recieved in full.
The amount to pay will be converted into United Kingdom Pounds at the time of the payment. The amount debited for Credit Card payments on PayPal may differ from the amount on the bidorbuy order due to variations in exchange rate.
