A) Once an order is couriered and a waybill number has been provided to the customer we take no responsibility for any delivery issues. 

B)  Faulty or ill fittings items are to be returned to within 7 days of receipt to ensure that the item is repaired or replaced within one week.

C) Shades may vary with each batch so if a match is critical please place all orders for multiple items together as subsequent orders may not match

D) Please note these are the colours that are currently Available. We cannot guarantee that every colour will be available in the future but we can reserve colours for your future orders so please order only once you are sure about the color and quantity. 

E) Please note the colour on your computer screen, cellphone or printed copy may vary from actual fabric. Please order from our available colour swatches if you are unsure about the colour. 

F) Refunds are only applicable to items we cannot replace within 14 working days. So please ensure you order the correct color and sizing.
