Made by ELOP (Israel Electro-Optical Industry Ltd). Used to align the sights. This one has been calibrated for use on the R1 rifle.
A name has been scratched on the box and optical instrument (P.L Spiller). There is also a scratching on a label (F. Snyman LIW. 10.4.80). The optics has some dust. There is a placeholder that is empty so it's possible the kit is missing one of the rods.
