9ct YELLOW GOLD. BIRMINGHAM ASSAY.
A classy addition to any outfit, this piece is elegant and beautiful on the hand. It has a striking colour combination - the sparkle of diamonds, the deep pink of the rubies and the strong yellow of the 9ct yellow gold makes it eye-catching and elegant. 18 round cut channel-set rubies alternate in vertical bands with 18 claw set diamonds. It's unusual to find a vertical line design like this. The 9ct yellow gold spacers between the gemstones make an interesting design. Weighing 2,6 grams and at 7 mm width, it has a very solid feel to it, with a good solid gold shank. The hallmarks '375' for 9ct gold, the jeweller's signature and the Birmingham Assay appear. I have had the ring authenticated by an independent jeweller and his evaluation certificate for R7'700 will be sent with the ring.
