  It is the buyer's responsibility to collect from the post office and provide the correct address online. The shipping fee of parcels that are returned to us due to non-collection will need to be re-deposited in order for us to dispatch a second time. We will not accept any liability and cost thereof. We will send confirmation with your tracking number so that you can trace it and collect it on time. Dispatching of SAPO parcels happens on Tuesdays and Thursday only! Your parcel will be sent via SAPO with tracking number after payment reflects.
