These are pretty Choku Rei Reiki Chakra Pendants. They are silver metal and have gemstone beads attached to it. They range from 20mm to 40 mm.

Cho Ku Rei - Meaning

Cho Ku Rei is the first of the five traditional Usui Reiki symbols. It is used to increase power, and decrease power (when used in reverse). The Cho Ku Rei symbol resembles a coil.
