A vintage Pierre Flint Stein lighter which is a very popular collector's item.
Made in Austria.
This is an unusual lighter as it's semi-automatic. You depress a little button on the side and the tops flips up striking the flint which then lights the wick. It also has an unusual way of replacing the flint which we have not quite figured out yet.
With a new flint and some fuel this lighter should work.
