Gasteria baylissiana
Small and compact Gasteria from the Eastern Cape province.
Flowers are dark orange/red and quite pretty.
As with most Gasterias, these plants require a little shade during the hot summer months.
They can be propagated from leaves or seeds.
It is one of the slow growing Gasterias and it takes a while to get them to fill a pot nicely.
Plants on sale here are rooted cutting of a fair size, the can be planted into a 10cm. pot upon arrival.
