We will provide you with 10 x 12" clear latex balloon [suitable for helium] with up to 100 pieces - 1" tissue paper confetti.  

CHOOSE YOUR COLOUR COMBINATIONS FROM BELOW. CHOOSE SINGLE OR MULTI -COLOURS [UP TO 4 SHADES] NOTE - ALL 10 BALLOONS WILL BE THE SAME

Each balloon will be sent pre-filled with confetti, Just ready for you to fill up with air or helium and party. Fill balloon with air, tie it then rub with hands for greater static effect.
