Cast-iron stamped Japan under base as per photo 3. Could be early 1900s or mid century. As far as I can ascertain it is similar in style and finish to the earlier period, but I can't be sure. In any event, it is an exquisite piece. Height 35cm, width at base 16.5cm. Weight just under 1.5 kg. Note that there is superficial rust in places. SHIPPING: Post Office R60/Postnet to Postnet R99.
