Every carpet is thoroughly checked and quality controlled during the import process. So when purchasing one of our carpets or rugs, you can expect a beautifully hand crafted “work of art” that, if lovingly cared for and used, can last a lifetime. They bring a feel and warmth to a room that is hard to match, but then you probably already know that.
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER !
Please read this carefully as it constitutes our basic Terms and Conditions for the sale of our carpets and rugs.
1. ALL our carpet and rugs are selected and imported from IRAN (Persia) ONLY and are therefore Genuine Persian Carpets / Rugs.
2. Every carpet / rug is unique and there is therefore only one available. The one in the picture is the one you are purchasing.
3. The carpets/rugs are all hand woven using traditional methods and techniques, so it is therefore not uncommon to find that some carpets / rugs :-
- are not always 100% symmetrical in shape and could be narrower on one side, or wider/ narrower in the middle.
- are not always uniform in colour intensity / hue throughout and could have lighter / darker areas.
- patterns / designs are not identical, mirrored, or necessarily copied throughout the carpet.
- may not lay perfectly flat initially due to folding (for shipping) or weave and may take some time to settle
4. The carpets / rugs are not photographed in a studio so the exact colour as seen on the picture may differ slightly due to lighting conditions, lighter or darker, when placed in your home. Dont place an order based on the item matching your curtains, furniture or décor perfectly, because it may just not match.
5. Persian carpets can also vary in colour depth based on the angle from which you view the carpet, due to the lay of the pile. This is however purely an optical effect.
