IRON BOOTS USED TO DO LEG TRAINING AT LEAST 60 YEARS OLD
Excellent Conversation Piece for the ManCave or Gym
Vintage with normal signs of wear consistent with age & use. Solid condition although with rust. Missing straps on one of the boots other boot has parts of original straps.
Prior to the days of the leg extension & leg curl machine, leg training was quite simple. It involved a ton of squatting, deadlifting, and lunge variations using either a barbell or dumbbell.
The Iron Boots were simply metal shoes that were strapped onto a person's foot.

While they were awkward to wear and aesthetically quite ugly, they revolutionized leg training.
