It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.

FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
This is NOT a seafacing unit.

These units are on floors 10 and 11. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist. If you want a unit much lower down, please go ahead and bid, as I can swop with others who won past auctions and never specified a floor.

This is NOT a seafacing unit!!!!
I have limited seaview units available in Silversands III. They are 6 sleepers with a double bed in the Main bedroom and 4 single sleeper couches in the living room. If you want one those, choose the Shipping Option on Checkout to Upgrade. It will add R390 to your winning amount. The extra R390 is for the bigger 6 sleeper with a seaview.
