IN: Tuesday 06.06.2017 (15:00). OUT: Saturday 10.06.2017 (10:00).
Due to the timeshare nature of this accommodation, dates are NOT Movable.
I booked this week for a group of Comrades athletes but only need it till the Tuesday. Bid now. Durban is glorious during this time of year.
Bidding starts at 1c for all 4 nights. (NOT PER NIGHT). CREDIT CARD payments accepted.
It's a fully self-catered ONE (1) bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in the main bedroom AND 2 sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R300 breakage deposit is payable.
This is NOT a seafacing unit.
These units are on floors 10 and 11. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction, else a unit will be allocated by me, as I need to relist. If you want a unit much lower down, please go ahead and bid, as I can swop with others who won past auctions and never specified a floor.
Please note, I will email the confirmation letter on 17 May 2017.

I have limited seaview units available in Silversands III. They are 5 sleepers and 8 sleepers.
The 5 sleeper has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in a little room, with 2 single sleeper couches in the living room.
The 8 sleeper has 2 bedrooms (double bed in the Main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second room) and 4 single sleeper couches in the living room.
If you want one those, choose the Shipping Option on Checkout to Upgrade. It will add R190 to your winning amount for the 5 sleeper and R490 for the bigger 8 sleeper with a seaview.
