The two folders appear to be incomplete; being a ring-binder, a few of the pages have torn through the eyelets. Not having any personal knowledge of the subjects I am not qualified to make any comments on the equipment set; as far as the folders are concerned it is necessary to point out that there are pages missing. The folders and set are extremely heavy.
