un-used cabinet condition Extremely Rare and never offered ,
this is commonly miss referred to as an unfinished pattern due to no gold gilting, but the official pattern name is Heirloom Orange.I have never seen it offered for sale in South Africa let alone a R1 auction.
Toward the end of last year on an active auction on bidorbuy, a Normal Heirloom dinner service with fewer pieces sold for R35 000
This set is simply magnificent with the striking cobalt blue colour on the crisp white, the set is unused
