This is a comparatively rare self winding clock. The Reform movement is a 15 jewel lever escarpment type of very high quality, made in Switzerland from the 1930's. The movements were used on marine clocks and for precision clocks. The first Reform clocks were made in a black drum with a transparent cover. It uses a 4.5 volt battery or 3x 1.5 volt batteries.
