 80 mm  / 3 ins DIAMETER    mass 350 grms 

 Tape stamped  LONDON  JOHN RABONE AND SONS BIRMINGHAM  MADE IN ENGLAND

steel casing with solid brass rewind  , folding crank handle   The measurements are stamped into the steel tape not printed 

This tape is in excellent working condition  with  an acceptable patina to the  steel casing and tape itself , with typical wear 

The tape itself has no kinks and no edge tears  , measurements  are well defined , however the tape could be cleaned with a solvent to brighten the steel

The solid brass  rewind crank handle works smoothly , and the tape end  metal loop is intact .........see images attached

This vintage tape would look brilliant polished and shone up ................a very nice Imperial collectible
