Product information
Rare 1935/1936 Italian Fascist Artillery Africa Medal. Has the initials "SJ" on which I presume to be the maker or designers initials. I consider the medal to be rare as I can find very little information regarding it on the internet. Small in size - 26mm in diameter - see size in comparison with R5 coin. The medal has no ribbon. The medal appears to have been cleaned at some stage as there are traces of Brasso, especially in the cannon wheel and also remnant of verdigris. Please see photos.
