CUSTOM HPI BAJA 5B 1/5 RC BUGGY
Brand new scratch build, never started
Lots of alloy and carbon upgrades
I built this Baja from from scratch using mostly brand new genuine HPI parts, including a 23cc HPI two stroke motor. It has never been started. The buggy is spotless and a real beauty, which is why it has been sitting on a shelf the past 6 months. I used a lot of aluminium and carbon parts in the build, which cost me a fortune. Here and there a second hand part was used. The Proline Desert Rat body was custom painted by a pro, polycarbonate and genuine carbon fiber windows were custom made as well, and it has a Stihl revcounter and hour meter.
Below is a list of some of the parts used. The aluminium parts alone cost me over R10,000.00.
