Data tracking is made simple with the Soleus GPS Fly Watch, an easy-to-use GPS watch that records pace, distance, and speed via built-in GPS technology. The included USB cord doubles as a charging cord and data upload device to record your runs online, while a 100-lap memory and auto lap feature help you track workouts efficiently. The display face features large numbers and a simple 4 button design along with a ventilated band to keep your wrist cooler on the run.
The GPS Fly running watch from Soleus can be programmed to keep track of what you want with its 3 line data display. So if you want to see Distance, Pace, and Speed you can do it or you can slip in Calories Burned for any of these functions. The GPS Fly has an 8 hour GPS run time from its lithium-ion battery that is recharged via USB.
Data from your training can be downloaded to your computer and the 100 lap memory from the Soleus Fly can be stored for comparison down the road. The Soleus Fly is water proof to 30 meters but it is not recommended for use as a swim training aid.
