The Yamaha YAS-23 alto saxophone is an excellent quality entry level instrument. My daughter started playing the sax with this instrument and then progressed to the Yamaha tenor which she will matriculate in music with.
The sax comes with standard case, a neckstrap and a Selmer mouthpiece with the standard ligature (although I would recommend you get the Rovner ligature).
