This very rare antique Victorian (late 1800's to early 1900's) USA made E. Ingraham Clock Company "Gingerbread" shelf mantle clock with an gold etched glass door measures 37.5cm long x 12.5cm wide x 54.5cm high. The company had its roots as far back as 1824. The clock has just been serviced by our clock maker and is in stunning working condition. These amazing clocks are also sometimes called parlour or kitchen clocks. The mechanical clock has a brass wind-up key. The clock gongs on an hourly interval. There is minimal/ normal age and usage related wear and tear, but this is still a superb and well cared for antique hand carved Victorian clock.
