Please note that we don’t only sell on Bid or Buy alone but also on other websites, so to deal with your question / query as soon as possible please add to your email purchase details so we have as much information as possible to identify your order and deal with your request as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
If you are having problems with your payment please let us know as soon as possible.
If we do not receive payment within 7 days after your purchase was made we will open an unpaid item dispute and we will file a Sale Not Completed (SNC).
If an SNC is opened against you and you decided to pay for your order, please respond to the dispute and give us clear information when and
how the order was paid for.
Non payers are always handed over to ITC.
DISPATCH AND POSTAGE
Once your order has been paid for it will be posted out to you within three working days (please note that most items are sent out same day if ordered and paid before 3pm). Orders will be send out via the shipping terms on the auction page. We don't combine postage. This means you pay the full postage amount for every item you buy from us. Please do not get frustrated and leave us bad feedback for delays in postage which are beyond our control. Please DO NOT email us regarding shipping information unless it’s been at least 15 working days (UK items) after your order was paid for.
All products are supplied with a 7 days return to us if not satisfied policy, applicable from the date of receipt. Item(s) must be returned as received, in full, with no missing components / parts, with all original packaging. Any item(s) returned, is to be done at the cost of the buyer. If you want to return your order please email so we can provide you with return details and Returned Item Form (RIA).
Please remember to leave feedback for us once you have received your item and we will do the same for you. Feedback will be left upon feedback received, so PLEASE do not ask us to leave feedback first. If you have a problem with your item(s) please contact us first BEFORE leaving feedback. Most problems can easily be rectified so please give us the opportunity.
