Union of South Africa.  3d Roto Black and Red with Shuttered Window.  Very Fine Mounted Mint in an Arrow Pair.  This item is catalogued at R900-00 (an absolute joke if compared to the 3d Blue with the same variety – a factor of at least FOUR needed here?).
