You are able to add these points to your current portfolio

Transfer fees of R900.00 is payable by the Purchaser to the Holiday Club once transfer has taken place, the Seller pays the other half of the transfer fees of R900.00 once transfer has taken place

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Payment to be made within 24 hours after winning bid.

• Timersharevacations will either email or fax you an offer to purchase. The offer to purchase contains the important facts surrounding your purchase such as purchase price, transfer costs, timeshare week and unit number or points system and number of points.
• You would then sign the offer to purchase and fax it back to Timesharevacations .
• We would then present your offer to the seller of the timeshare week that you wish to purchase. Should the seller accept your offer, he or she would sign and fax the form back to us. A legal and binding agreement has now been formed.
• You, the buyer,must pay the full purchase price plus your half of the transfer costs into the Timesharevacations account.
• Timesharevacations will then arrange all the documentation required to process the transfer. We would arrange for all this documentation to be signed by you and the seller and then remit it back to the resort or transferring agents.
• They would then process the transfer and issue the buyer with a certificate of ownership. This usually takes the form of a share certificate. Upon completion of transfer, the seller would then be paid out his or her net sales price from our account.

Transfer takes between 4 to 6 weeks and during the interim,we will keep you fully updated on the transfer process
