INSTALLATION GUIDES: SUMP GUARDSRemove any guards that may obstruct fitmentRemove front bracket from guard and insert into the bike's frameInsert the threaded bar into the front bracket (without the nut)Loosen the rear bracket on the guard until it can move freely on the guardPush guard up on to the bike frame: Align and attach rear bracket / capscrews first. Next, align frontholes with the threaded bar. Fit fender washer and hex nut on to the threaded barand tightenguard up to the frame*KTM frames have 2 plastic inserts on the rear of the frame that need to be pulled out to accommodate the rear bolts.Tighten the rear bolts*Do not overtighten the bolts as this may damage the guardInsert capscrew into the second hole of the front clamp and tighten.
