VINTAGE HAND DECORATED CONTINENTAL POT POURRI URN

This is a very old piece of hand decorated porcelain. The lid is attached with a brass clasp allowing for movement. The lid also has  3 areas which have lots of little holes outlined in gold, and dotted all around the urn are tiny little blue porcelain flowers with leaves and branches in a raised design.   There are some  flowers which are damaged, and there are a couple which are missing.   Still a beautiful piece of vintage porcelain.   The rose on top of the lid needs some paint re-touching as it also has a broken petal.  Scattered around the urn are  little painted insects.  Damage to rim which is not noticeable when the lid is down.   The markings underneath I am not familiar with however it could be any European country.  This item has been in a family  for over 80 years, it has survived a house fire so some of the base flowers are rather damaged from the soot.
