Thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately as we are an online store we do not keep stock of every item at our offices so you will not be able to come and view it. If you would like to order the product you are more than welcome to collect it from our offices once it arrives (usually takes 24-48hrs from when payment is made).

They repair the faulty units at Kenwood and i would imagine that they would have spares.
