Italian machine gunner unit's silk scarf. Found inside a German water bottle. The top corner shows a Breda machine gun, while the lower corner has the wording:

"204 BTG. MITRAGLIERI RAFFICA"

Loosly translated from Italian it probably means "204th Battalion Machine Gun "Burst".
