I haven't even opened the box yet, so what I mean is that if you buy it and there is an immediate problem, I'll sort it out.
I don't want customers to have the risk of buying something that doesn't work - I take responsibility in case it is DOA.
With some I have tested already, the batteries have had some charge left but obviously will need a good charge when you first plug it in.
)The laptops are brand new and sealed but they sat in a warehouse for over a year, which is why the warranties expired.
If it is DOA, it can be sent back to me at my cost.
