• Outsole:
• The outsole of infantry boot is manufacturered by nature rubber, it’s advantages lie at: the strength of tensile-resistance can reachï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ110kgf/cm extensionï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ500%, tear resistanceï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ45kgf/cm2, DIN wear resistance ï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ100mg. The bending frequency under normal temperature 25°is 80000 times at least.[ISO9002 industry standard : over 50000 times is qualified]. During the circumstances of temperature ï¹£20° it can achieve over 5000 times. The merits of nature rubber is the cause that so many big brands make this choice at any cost.
• Compared to other material: because the outsole spends 30% cost of the whole boots. Some of domestical infantry boots factories regardless cheating the customers, choosing the low cost material like: reclaimed rubber, TPR etc to cut their expenditure. The test data of reclaimed rubber is:the maximum tensile-resistanceï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ40kgf/cm2, extension>350%, tear-resistance at best>15kgf/cm2, DIN wear resistance<60mg. And it will be broken under the circumstances that normal temperature 25°ï¼ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂbending frequency around 40000 times.
• Moreover, the TPR is much worse. It’s difficult to find it among the medium, high grade shoes in the market, so we don’t need to make any specific account for TPR flaw.

• EVA MD the insole material is lighter than the PU insole. But it is not as well as the PU as to elasticity. A long time wearing would make you feel that the insole become thinner. And it wrinkled when bearing heavy weight, afterward it’s tough to get recoveried, affecting the appearance of shoes.Under certain temperature, it would produce foam, and the brink of sole becoming thicker obviously. During the process of design and manufacture the desert boots, we have take this factor into consderation.
• EVA MD material density is 0.25±0.03G/cm.Maximum streching resistance>45kgf/cm2. tear resistance>5kgf/cm2,DINwear-resistance<85mg. Bending frequency under the normal temperature 25°is around 60000 times. Low temperature -20°is 30000 times around.
• Shank:
• We choose the steel material with good elasticity. The shank plays a main role in supporting the tread of shoes, and the part between the front sole and heel. The shoes would not out of shape and with nice elasticity while wearing. Further, it makes your feet wearing very staid, without impending feel while walking.
• Shoepad
• What we choose as the shopad material is the good elasticity, breathable Perforation EVA . We add a pieces of EVA at the heel, making your wearing more elastic. The whole shoepad has perfortion, so that the shoes especially breathable, perspiration, and deodorant.
• Outside material
• the suede and first cow leather we choosed are particularly picked up among numerous suppliers, which have reached the import A rank leather standard.
• Bee veil:we choose the America CORDURA water-proof nylon fabric according to the army boots fashion. It’s performence of wear-resistance, water-proof all reach the first-class standard.
• lining, the upper part we choose the polymers sandwich net, it has features as good wear-resistance, nice pilling-resistance, breathable, high elasticity. It has a strong stablized feel at the ankle while wearing. The lower end is nano Lycrd fabric( lycrd doesn’t worth any word, it’s a house-hold name) only the feature that it can extend to 4 directions over 3 times makes other replacements eat it’s dust.
