There are 3 methods of postage. Methods 1 & 2 are methods which include insurance for loss or damage whilst in transit. The feedback regarding delivery are customers that did not purchase insurance or customers that have not updated their feedback once received. All insured parcels are covered and in the event a parcel doesn't arrive within 30 working days a replacement or refund is issued immediately.
1. REGISTERED PRIORITY AIRMAIL WITH INSURANCE - 2.5% (10 -14 Working Days) Includes Insurance for loss or damage in transit and Tracking. (Recommended)
2. PRIORITY AIRMAIL WITH INSURANCE - 2.5% (10 -14 Working Days) Includes Insurance for loss or damage in transit only.
3. STANDARD AIRMAIL (14 - 18 Working Days) This service does not include Insurance or Tracking
