Hi, yes, it does work out to be more affordable than comparable lasers, it is also much faster, you will get about 12PPM from a laser and you can get up to 30PPM from the 6500A. If you look at the HPCM1415fn, you get 2000 pages for R735.00, the Samsung CLX-3185 Black toner is R549.00 and you get 1500 pages but the HP Officejet 6500A Black cartridge is R275.00 and you get 1200 pages. I also have compatibles for the 6500A which work out to be even cheaper. Thanks, Kevin.
