3 Month warranty only on workmanship with regards to the seam of the product under normal use from date of purchase. Please notify us by email of any problems with the purchase.

ShutterPics reserves the right to request a photo of the damage.

Every product is checked before packaging and shipping.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, incorrect handling, folding of the product, damage caused by cleaning, removing of wrinkles, adverse conditions, hanging or mounting of the product etc.

ShutterPics accepts no liability for damage or injuries that may be caused by hanging /mounting the product and accepts no liability for loss or damage arising out of the use or operation of the product.

Replacement at the discretion of the seller.

Seller will carry cost of shipping the repaired product to buyer. Buyer will carry cost for shipping faulty product to seller for repair.

Hi there, thank you for your question. Unfortunately I cannot send you any images (BOB rules). The stands ate made of aluminium, everything including the backdrop fits into the carry bag. The stands width is 3400mm and height goes 2.5m and 1.3m min. The stands are strong and durable. Kind regards DJ
