Holiday Club allows you to book in GOLD CROWN RESORTS, at the sea, in the bush or mountains or even in other countries.You take ownership of the 8 points and pay your annual fees and then you can start booking. If you do not use your points, it is still available for use in the next year. To buy this from us you will have a saving of about 70% on what it is worth. My membership is from April to april. This will be fully paid. The new owner will have to pay in March 2013 or as I did, by debit order, in advance. The transfer fee that the buyer has to pay is R1800.

Good day. The transfer fee comes to R1800 for me and nearly R700 for the buyer, I received this information on a phone call and asked for it in writing. Will reply again. They did not offer a cheaper fee if you have points already.

The answer in writing came. i have to pay R1800 in transfer fees and you will pay R650 to add the points to your own points.Would you like to make an offer? The accumulated points are not transferable, but I may still make a booking on your behalf, for which you may offer me a fee.

Yes it could be added to your life points, it is still the original life points.
I am not sure if the accumulated points will be transferable, but the 8 point will be a transfer of ownership. They usually charge the buyer a fee for the transfer of ownership and you will then receive a certificate indicating your shares. You could then ask them to combine it with your current points. I need to find out if they will transfer before the rest of 2012 is paid up. The debit order is about R249 per month. We shall have to talk about the rest of the cost, maybe you can take over the debit order. Will try to get an answer from them.
