Hi.
Use Craft Neon Paint. My supplier suggests that you add 1% candle medium to the paint, it should work provided the plastic is firm and not to thin and flimsy.
If possible sand paper the plastic for improved adhesion.

Hi. You did not put any quantities in so I asumed it is 1 of each Except for the items in pack quantities. I have worked out the postage to R90.00. It is for two parcels, one for the canvasses and the other for the rest of the products. If your order and payment is made by 8am tomorrow morning and the payment advice emailed to me by then, your order can be posted on monday, otherwise it will have to wait to be posted the following week. You can also buy the colours seperately. These are R20.00 each and there are 33 different colours available.
